Cancellation & Refund Policy

Selbourne Cabs

To ensure the efficient scheduling of our transport services, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings made with Selbourne Cabs:

  • 30+ Days Before Trip: Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled trip or event will receive a full (100%) refund.
  • 15–29 Days Before Trip: Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to the scheduled trip or event will receive a 50% refund.
  • Within 7 Days of Trip: Cancellations made 7 days or less before the scheduled trip or event are non-refundable.

How to Cancel All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to selbounretrp@gmail.com. The date the email is received will serve as the official date for calculating refund eligibility.
